The SOLAZUR villa is located in Sainte Maxime, 250m from the pretty supervised beach of La Garonnette, the easternmost beach of the Saint Tropez peninsula. Fine sand, turquoise water, a few rocks to fish for small crabs and a beach restaurant. Port and shops are only 700m away, so you can do everything on foot or by bike. The villa is located in a quiet area at the end of a dead end. Many nautical activities at the port.
Many bus connections, the stop is a 5-minute walk away. Link to Saint Tropez in 30 minutes via the regular shuttle lines of the Bateaux Verts from June to September to the port of Les Issambres, access 10 minutes on foot.
THE EXTERIOR:
The villa has a magnificent garden of 1200m2 with a 180° sea view, century-old umbrella pines, cypresses, cacti, mimosas... enjoy the garden.
The magnificent 5.5 X 11m infinity pool is heated, it offers you a 180° view of the sea. Pool secured by barrier/net and alarm. Sunbathing, double swing and sofa corner. Parking offering space for 3 vehicles with electric gate.
The 155m2 villa renovated in 2023 is a Provençal villa on 2 levels that can accommodate 10 travelers including 6 to 8 adults. 4 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and 3 bathrooms. Fully AIR-CONDITIONED.

- Master suite with sea view and garden access: bedroom, dressing room, shower room and separate WC – Queen Size bed 160X200 or possibility of 2 separate beds 80X200 – adjoining shower room. Premium bedding.
- Bedroom with 2 bunk beds to accommodate 4 travelers (2 adults and 2 children over 6 years old for high beds). High beds are not suitable for adults. 4 beds of 90X200. Adjoining shower room and separate WC.
- Small living room furnished with sofa, television and a kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
- Sheltered terrace on the entire ground floor with garden table.

We stayed at Villa Solazur for 4 weeks and I have all ready written about how wonderful it is. See my previous reviews. If you are undecided-rent this villa before it is not available. You will not be disappointed. During the month we have our Children-all in their 40's and our grandchildren ages 10 to 16 come and go at different times and all agreed it is a great place in a great location.

We have now stayed at Villa Solazur for 3 weeks and we feel very fortunate that when we rented last Sept we decided to add on a fourth week. Our opinion -the Villa is spectacular and lives up to every claim and the co-operation and support from the owner Marie-Laurie and the manager Barbara is outstanding. The beds are very comfortable-the house is in great condition-and the kitchen is very well equipped.There are at least 4 good restaurants within walking distance and a short walk to Les Issambres offers all you need including boat transport to St Tropez. A beautiful beach is at the bottom of the hill.St Maxime is terrific and only a 12 minute drive to a great parking garage-Louis Blanc. Villa Solazur is a great find

Overall the past few years we have rented 6 Villa in 6 countries for our summer family vacations. Marie-Laure's Villa in St Maxime is by far the best!! It lives up to its claims is in excellent condition and very well located.
