Very quiet, overlooking the bay of St Tropez and Harbour of Ste Maxime, in the private "domaine du Grand Souleyas", close to the center of Ste Maxime, charming villa with swimming pool 5 X 11 m and panoramic view on the sea. This attractive provençal villa, placed into a beautiful tree and flowered garden mixing provençal and exotic specimen, has 4 bedrooms, including 2 parental suites, for 8 persons. A Balinese exterior design, several spaces of relaxation: straw hut, gazebo, fountains, will allow you a unforgetable stay. A magic place where you can feel at home in an exceptional place. On the ground floor, the villa includes a living room with chimney, a dining room and an equiped kitchen opening both on a pleasant terrace lined by the swimming pool, in front of the sea. Down three steps, you will find three bedrooms opening on the garden, with for each one a specific theme. One of the bedrooms has its personal bathroom and toilet. You find another shower room and separated toilet at this level. On the first floor, a provençal master bedroom, air-conditioned, and its large bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separated toilet. All the bedrooms have secure closing of the window and mosquito net; 3 baby beds and 1 children bed possible . You will appreciate the option of warming swimming pool with its 27° to 30°. You can park several cars in the property. Barbecue. ping-pong table. Beach of la Croisette at 700m, access by pedestrian road. City center at 2.5 km. Villa Zen was amazing! It was the perfect location in Sainte Maxime and close to Sainte Tropez. The gated domain and villa felt private, safe, zen, and luxurious. The pool was wonderful to get in after being at the beach or walking around the village. We will be back!

The location and the house are beautiful, everything we dreamed of. We stayed with six adults and three children (2, 4 and 8). We had all good rooms, with private bathrooms. The parents of the youngest one had a cod in their room where the youngest slept, this was perfect. The children and also the adults enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool every day and also the jacuzzi was an excellent addition. We had BBQ with the whole family and sitting outside on the BBQ spot was also everything you hope for, like if you are in a dream. One bedroom has a bath with only a handshower, this could be easily switched to a shower in the bath if you put a screen in front. Tte kitchen was very complete and sitting outside on different spots with nice sunbeds was great. In general the beds are a bit hard, but okay. Furniture in the sitting room is not very comfortable and same for lounge set outside, cushions are too hard. But these were minor things in our absolute obove expectations stay in the Zen villa

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home and enjoyed all aspects of it including the pool, the hot tub, the view and even the pétanque! It is a resort in itself and we would have loved to stay longer .. hopefully again another time. The house manager Fleur was very helpful and reached out to us everyday to make sure we were comfortable. The house is in a private gated community and away from the busyness of the town. It was very peaceful and relaxing!

Loved staying at this comfortable amazingly well equipped villa with very serene view and lovely garden. Only complaint is the lack of shower in 2 bedrooms.
