La ubicación y las vistas!
Los muebles de la sala, recubiertos con tela, se veían un poco viejos. Por lo demás todo muy bien y cómodo.

Incredibile la vista attraverso una finestra panoramica che ricopre l'intera parete del soggiorno e si affaccia sul porto e sul golfo!
Svegliarsi la mattina e ammirare il mare è un plus.
L'appartamento è dotato di piatti e stoviglie abbondanti nel caso si decida di cucinare.
Anche l'arredamento è piacevole.
Posto auto un po' difficoltoso da utilizzare soprattutto in periodi di maggior affluenza ,ma basta prenderci la mano

La vista e la gestione perfetta! Federico è stato sempre gentilissimo e ci ha dato suggerimenti utile su cosa fare durante il nostro soggiorno.

View is indeed super nice, communication with host was easy as well (although he tried to make us pay 20€ per night for heating on top, which we obviously didn’t as it wasn’t stated in booking)
When there is wind it blows directly through some wholes in the walls and windows and creates a really loud whistle sound; there is black mold in the bathroom and a lot of ants trying to take over the living room (they put traps but it’s just too many, plus then they lie around dead from ingesting the poison)

"The location was perfect, a short walk into town, but quiet in the evenings. The parking was accessible and very close by. We were met by the managing agent with keys on arrival.
