Good location in P.S. Stefano. Fabio was very pleasant to deal with. Best part is the view from the balcony. A few updates would make a huge improvement. Kitchen needs more utensils, a toaster & a coffee maker that makes more than one cup of coffee at a time( especially for us North Americans who love our morning cup of coffee). Dishwasher is broken-either replace or just get rid of it. Main issue is the mattress in the main bedroom is just awful-definitely worth replacing. Very hard on my older bones-had to put pillows underneath me to help sleep. Now all this being said, I would still recommend the place, but do be prepared for stair climbing, (3rd floor) but this is usual in much of Europe). The views from the balcony really are breathtaking; we spent much time sitting there taking it in & Fabio was very prompt in responding to emails while we were there. Also, the apt is quite spacious, except the bathroom is a bit snug & it was very clean on arrival.

Fabio was very nice and tried to be accommodating, but we had several issues. The AC started leaking in the main bedroom, leading to the breaker being tripped and the power going out within 30 minutes of our arrival. He arrived shortly to turn the power back on, but the AC leaking was a safety issue so we didn’t feel safe to continue running it. We were offered a fan, which worked fine since the weather is cooling down. The other two ACs actually stopped working in the middle of our last night. The location is great, although parking is paid. I feel that we did not get great instructions/explanation on parking, which would have been helpful. Beds are not very comfortable.Overall, I would say just stay in a hotel for the convenience. Fabio was helpful and nice though.
