Location , clean , good communication with host . Parking
Could he improved by putting a headboard on the bed and by putting blackout blinds and curtains on the window . We were awake very early due to the light coming in . Mattress was very soft but I appreciate others may like this .

Great comms from the owner, milk in the fridge / tea / coffee was a nice touch, and a comfy bed, too. Great, quiet location and on street parking (arranged by host) right outside the property.
The bathroom need some TLC - bath panel was loose, shower head needs replacing, loose toilet seat, leak from the bath (seals on the shower screen)

Excellent location i was here doing a training course and it was right behind this property!
Has everything you need was clean and tidy, good communication and instructions for finding the property and parking, great for me as I get a bit of anxiety not knowing where I'm going. I am going to stay here again as my training course has not finished but it does seem to book up quickly

Clean and modern studio, good location
The bathroom is a bit tired, needs some tlc.
Shower is too low, its blow my head hight im 6’2”
