A környezet : csodás Duna part, a közeli (szó szerint 3 ház távolságban levő) nagyszerű étterem.

A sok szúnyog, jó lenne szúnyogháló az erkelyre iletbe az ablakokra. A villanyhálózat nehezen átlátható és befejezendő.
