We stayed for 3 nights with my friends. The apartment is really big, with 3 separate bedrooms and a living-room, and plenty of beds. We had everything we needed, and the location was just perfect, close to the city center and a great starting point to explore the city by foot.
The only shortcoming was that the street that most rooms has windows at, is pretty noisy at night, but I guess this is not something that the host can do smth about, you just need to be aware of that (almost inevitable when you're staying literally in the heart of the city).

An excellent and well-equipped apartment in a perfect location. The host is communicative and it was very comfortable.
The elevator only fits two people at a time
