LOVED the balcony and views! That and the location made this place fantastic. there are a lot of stairs and no elevator but in order to get the views we got that's what you have to deal with. so worth it, would book it again.
would have been great to have an elevator : ) but we are talking very old buildings and history and amazing views so i would sacrifice the hike up the stairs for the view anytime. if you have limited mobility it will be a problem. room is on the 3rd floor but if you're from the US, it's the 4th floor as they start counting at 0 as the first floor.

Mario de eigenaar is super vriendelijk, reageert snel op berichtjes en kwam attent een extra deken brengen toen we daar om vroegen.
Had gevraagd of er van tevoren een flesje wijn koud gezet kon worden zodat we meteen op het terras konden genieten van het mooie uitzicht bij aankomst en dit was geen enkel probleem!
Het strandje bacvice is dichtbij a zo een 8 minuten lopen.
Alles is super schoon en netjes en het ontbreekt aan niks. Wij komen hier zeker terug als we weer naar Split gaan.

Fantastic location, close to ferries, buses, restaurants and Palace.
Bathroom sink in kitchen,lack of intruction on hotplate,where to take rubbish. Small pan to cook in and no utensils to get anything out.Only hanging space no drawers hard to unpack properly for a week.
