Loved everything. The location, the house and the yard were perfect. It had all the facilities and it was really lovely to sit outside and enjoy the spectacular view. It was a short walk to the beach and to the heart of Split.

The house was spotless and the attention to detail was exceptional - the house has everything you will need. We loved our holiday here. The location is perfect you don't need a car as everything is in walking distance and we felt very safe in the area. This will be a holiday that will be remembered by us all. Luka the host was also a delight, nothing was too much trouble and his communication with us was brilliant making the whole process from arriving to leaving stress free.
There was nothing that we didn't like. We loved everything about the villa.

Villa KaTess was immaculately clean and the perfect size for us - 2 adults and 2 teens. Everything we needed and more was provided.
The outdoor space and pool were lovely and peaceful with plenty of areas of shade and loungers to relax on. There was also a nice shaded seating area for meals.
The location to Split centre and the beach was great - both 10 mins walk. And the supermarket and bakery were just at the bottom of the road.
3 outstanding things
1. Our flight was about 4 hours delayed so we didnt arrive until 1.30am and Luka was there to welcome us and show us around the house. Kristina had also left some food and drinks in the fridge for us because we arrived so late, which we were very grateful for.
2. There was a quite spectacular and unexpected storm one morning we were there and Luka called to check we were ok and spent the whole morning cleaning up the garden and pool area of the debris that the storm left behind so we could use it again
3. We couldn’t get into our next accommodation until the afternoon and we were able to leave our bags at the house until we wanted to leave.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa to anyone visiting Split.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location, a lovely walk into Split, which is beautiful, close to restaurants etc and 5 mins from the nearest supermarket
