The property was nice size it was comfortable, spacious but not too big, the rooms were amazing bathroom was really nice. It came with everything you needed for the holiday, the heated floors were also a really nice touch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It’s also really close to other areas like Porthmadog it’s roughly a 15 20 minute drive. And not too far from Barmouth.

Beds were comfortable, nice spacious kitchen, had every thing we needed. Daughter liked the light up mirror in bathroom, the garden was nice to walk
The bedrooms got filled up with a lot of tiny bugs when windows were open. Only thing was that we did request for fans but none were provided. It would have been nice for us to check out a little later than 10am as we had to rush everything and strip the bed to the linen before we left

Very quiet and cosy
WiFi was hit and miss and some of the appliances were hard to figure out (oven)

The location and cleanliness of the property were both really good as well as the size and private garden space.
The heating didn’t work and was freezing in there the whole time even when both thermostats turned right up. Hot water was on for hours and then overnight and still not hot water out the shower.
