Ashlea near Launceston, Devon sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
Please note: No large speakers or boom boxes to be used at the property. If the hot tub needs refilling due to cleanliness after your stay, there will be a £100 charge. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for eight guests, a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove and a conservatory with seating. Four bedrooms: 2 x super-king-size, 1 x bunk, 1 x twin (can be converted to 1 super-king-size on request).along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a private rear lawn, gravelled area with furniture, hot tub charcoal barbecue and fire pit, a raised-level terrace with furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 6.1 miles you will find a shop and within 5.7 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also provided. Escape to Devon with a stay at Ashlea, any time of year. Note: Check-in from 3.30pm, check-out at 10am. National heritage sites within 14 miles: Tintagel Castle & Boscastle. Local beaches within 14 miles: Crackington Haven, Trebarwith Strand and Widemouth Bay. Family fun: Trethorne Leisure Park (7 miles). Please Note: This property does not accept stag/hen/party bookings. Note: this property is family-orientated. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £450.The Hot tub is checked/cleaned daily. However, if it is not possible to restore the water quality due to extreme misuse, it will need to be emptied and refilled. This will incur an extra £100 charge.

You can take a stroll to the Dog friendly Willow Tree Cafe and Woodland Walk or visit the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5-mile round trip. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as the stunning Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
