This fantastic detached bungalow rests in Trebetherick, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Four ground-floor bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin with zip/link and basin and two twins with basins. There is also a bathroom, a cloakroom with WC and an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with open fireplace. The kitchen hosts a oven, hob, mircowave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. For relaxing evenings there is a TV, DVD player, easel, pool table, dart board and table tennis. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is parking available. Patio terrace, lawn and furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking are permitted at this property. Check-in to the property from 4:30pm, check-out by 9am. The shop is 0.8 miles away, pub 0.6 miles away and the beach is 0.5 miles away. Upper Gren is a fabulous base for your Cornish escape.

WONDERFUL house. And we loved our second stay there.
Sadly we think we left a man’s shirt in the double bedroom. Any chance of retrieving it? Happy to pay for postage and effort involved.
