An attractive dining area for up to 6 people.

The apartment is located in the Albigny district. It's an area with both a village atmosphere and a lively atmosphere.
You'll also find all the local shops you need: two bakeries (including Pan et Gato above the apartment, probably the best in Annecy! Boucherie, Le fromager la Crèmerie du Lac recommended for its raclette cheese, Supérette Casino and Supérette Bio, a florist and a pharmacy.
Restaurants: L'impérial Palace, le Majestic, a crêperie, a wine bar and also l'Oxo, which transforms into a dance bar at night.
2-minute walk from the lake, Albigny beach. You'll find bike rentals, mini golf and ice-cream shops.

The location is great. ABSOLUTELY the best location. Downstairs is a great bakery. Also close to good resturants. The layout of the place is strange. Only upstairs bedroom has air-conditioning. We were there during a heat weave. The temperature was between 88-92. The condo was too hot during the day, we mainly never went back to the condo during the day and only slept there. But the toilet is downstairs and the bedroom in upstairs so in middle of the night you have to go downstairs to use the toilet (pee)! Overall good if you are doing activities and can avoid being in the unit during peak sun hours.
