L’emplacement est parfait
La taille de l’appartement est bien
La vue est déplorable : une palissade en bois est située à 1,5m devant les deux seules fenêtres de l’appartement. On ne voit donc rien et l’appartement est sombre.
La cuisine etait sale: four sale, filtre du lave vaisselle colmaté par des aliments séchés, arrière de plaque de cuisson et hotte pas nets.
Le rideau de la chambre a de grosses tâches.
