Beautiful renovated bourgeois villa located in the residential area of Petit Juas in Cannes, close to all shops, 5 minutes walk from the train station, the Palais du Festival and the Croisette, close to beaches and shops.
Surface of 260 m2, fully air conditioned, with 10x5 heated pool and large palm tree in the garden, shaded summer terrace, barbecue, outdoor jacuzzi, ping pong, billiard room.
7 large rooms that can accommodate 14 people in total:
-1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 living room with pool table and 1 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath, 2 toilets.
1st floor 5 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, 3 showers and 1 bath, 3 toilets.
Possibility to add 2 bedrooms in the basement with 1 bathroom, toilet, living room and summer kitchen.
Possibility to rent only the ground floor with garden and private pool.
We inform our tenants that the house is located in the city and avoid noise after 23 hours.

Had a fabulous ten day stay with extended family including young children and babies at this house. Great pool and lots of outdoor seating and eating options, with shade. All bedrooms and other rooms are air conditioned which was welcome in the heat. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped for cooking and the property is close to a supermarket and only 15 mins walk to beach and a park for kids to play in, but is a very quiet area at night. The couple who own the property live upstairs but they are very unobtrusive and we hardly saw them. Note that the address mentioned on VRBO is incorrect. This property is not in Bvd Carnot, it is in Ave de Petit Juas. It is best to message the host for the correct address. I would definitely come back here anytime.

Comfortable, spacious with fabulous outside space. We were a group of 9, taking 6 of the bedrooms, all air conditioned for comfort. The outside space, with a clean, well maintained pool, was wonderful with several seating areas, a bbq and ample seating for al fresco meals. The owners live at the top of the property and were incredibly responsive when we had some plumbing issues. Parking is only for one visitor’s car and a bit tight for a large vehicle. Easy walk to La Croisette though uphill coming back. A nice quiet neighbourhood and with a small supermarket and boulangerie within 5 minutes walk. We would have no hesitation in returning with a large group.

Perfect big house for 2 families. Clever design in the garden with the pool and plenty of sitting areas. Loved the pool and tennis tables too. Host made us welcome with a few drinks which was a lovely touch and very welcome.

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour chez Mr et Mme Roy. La maison est très spacieuse, et permet à chacun d‘avoir assez d’espace. Le jardin avec sa piscine d’eau salée est un vrai petit oasis. L‘appartement est proche des commerces et de nombreuses attractions touristiques.
Mr & Mme Roy sont prévenants et toujours prêts à aider.
A recommander pour des retrouvailles familiales!
