It was a pleasure to deal with our host, who was most welcoming, and who responded to all questions very promptly and helpfully. The situation was perfect for me to visit my family, and with delightful green spaces, cafés, shops etc , would suit most people. The flat is very elegant and had almost everything you might need. The central heating was effective and the water hot. The details for entry were clear. My bed was extremely comfortable and it was a rare pleasure for everyone to have enough pillows. I would come again.
The flat was very cold when I arrived and took a while to heat up, though lovely when it did,!
The WiFi seemed to be annoyingly unstable, especially for the TV.
Minor .minuses: It would be a kindness to provide one full-length mirror and although impeccably clean, the towels were very, very small.
I really needed a bedside table.

Es ist eine sehr schön eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe eines großen Parks mit einem großen Spielplatz für Kinder. Die nächste Bushaltestellen zum Zentrum sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir fanden es als 7-köpfige Famile mit einem schwerbehinderten, lebensverkürzt erkrankten Kind sehr schön, in dieser Unterkunft.
Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort.

L appartement a besoin d un bon coup de fraîcheur !!
Les peintures des murs sont très abîmées
Beaucoup de choses à refaire.
Nous n avions pas de draps pour faire le 7eme couchage le 1er soir ! Il a donc fallu dormir à même le canapé en attendant le lendemain !
La situation géographique n est pas du tout idéale .. il fait au moins 1h de transports en commun pour rejoindre le centre de Londres.
