The location is great; a short walk to Camberwell street where numerous buses can take you anywhere in Central London day and night.
The house is plain (no decoration) but clean and very functional for 4 people or even more. Towels were provided (and toilet paper).
We didn't cook much but would have appreciated a strainer, a kitchen towel. The dishes (mugs, plates) were just enough. Nothing but salt but there is a grocer's nearby.

there were hot water.
the house was enough for 7 people
the lock on the door was good
the refrigerator was clean but a bit small
all the lights worked :)
very low maintenance, not clean is an understatement (back stains all over, the sink area, the bathrooms, the washing machine/
the matrasses so bad the beds double but small and one side near the wall.
the water pressure was so bad like dropping water...
there was only hand soap in the showers
no lock or curtain in the upper bathroom / toilets.
the heating was impossible to adjust - it was either to hot or off...
no glasses for water or soft drinks just mugs,
not enough toilet paper, or hand paper, only one towel for each person (after we asked and called - someone came and left small hand towels - 15x15 cm and 6 glasses (we were 7))
only one tea spoon, 7 plates, 6 knives, 7 forks, 6 spoons, one pot, one pan
no dryer and the "stand for drying clothes was missing 2 parts so we put in on 2 chairs.
6 ikea cheap chairs
2 sofas - suitable for 6 people at max
the closets and drawers in all the room and kitchen are so cheap and in so bad condition - not to mention unclean.
the street is the best street in the area but the area felt unsafe especially at night.

Alles in einem wenn man nicht so viel wert auf Sauberkeit usw legt ist das Haus auf jeden fall sein geld wert
die Matratzen waren viel zu weich
Dusche, Küche usw waren auf nicht den besten Level
Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen
