Lovely hotel I think only built in 2023. Rooms are spacious and we had a lovely view. The reception staff were lovely and helpful and we enjoyed a great buffet breakfast with lots of choice. There is a large swimming pool and Spa also but we didn’t use these.
There was some confusion over the free shuttle service. As we were out of season they were only providing breakfast not lunch or dinner.

Hotel was nice. Most facilities were lovely. Chairs and all of it were fairly new and well maintained. It was mainly the staff who did well on top of everything.

Very nice view, nice staff at the reception, tried to help a lot. comfortable bed. normal breakfast. 2 convenient swimming pools
On the first day I wanted to change hotels, but then they explained that this is the case in many places. Our TV didn't work, no one ever fixed it. The phone/light on the balcony didn't work either. On the second day there was no water, but this was the case throughout the city. Keep this in mind too. Small bathtub, no pressure, water was constantly pouring out of the shower. One day they didn't clean the room. Another day they didn't clean the bathtub, only towels. On the first day we came to the pool and asked for towels - the worker said that they had run out and she didn't know what to do with us... 😳 where is the service? What was missing at breakfast - they took a very long time to bring them.
