I had an amazing stay at The Chedi Lustica Bay Hotel in Tivat! The room was absolutely perfect—spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality experience!

The location was super quiet - very peaceful - breakfast was really good - we had the delux room facing see which was fantastic. Everything in hotel was top quality and the taxi driver from the airport was correct in saying it is the best hotel around. Most impressive of all was the staff who are exceptional and a valuable asset to the hotel.
Nuts and chocolates in room provided are expensive

This hotel is outstanding! We are fortunate to stay in lots of wonderful hotels but this is absolutely exceptional. The location is stunning. So quiet and beautiful. A wonderful coastal spot. The Chedi is beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed as well as a beautiful ocean view. The spa was one of the best I have visited, so relaxing, great facilities and brilliant treatments. We loved swimming in the pool and sea and also loved our visits to the restaurants. Wonderful service - such high attention to detail and every member of the team we encountered was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. There were many great touches but it felt almost magical when we were dining at The Japanese on tje balcony on a balmy evening and the Zagreb orchestra started playing in the amphitheater next door. A very memorable trip. Cannot recommend highly enough and cannot wait to return. Wonderful.

The restaurant and breakfast staff, 10/10 so was gone bell boy
When arriving I explained my flight got delayed so I arrived 2 days late, I didn’t mind I had to pay for unused nights, what I didn’t like they couldn’t give me extra 1 hour checkout given that I paid for 2 days I didn’t get to use.
First morning we were on our way to the beach the lady refused us saying they’re full, we came to pool side and some child went toilet in the pool so couldn’t use the pool, another staff said she will arrange us to the beach, we waited and she never returned back, just kept us waiting without any further information
It’s my second time staying will be last time, I noticed when the hotel is empty the service is good, but when it’s peak season the service is poor.
I still recommend this hotel the location is beautiful and hotel itself is quality, I don’t recommend during summer as it’s not a pleasant experience.
