We just loved the spacious house and front porch with a view of horses across the road. The location, just a hop-skip-and-a-jump from Bemus and a short distance to Chautauqua Institution made it a perfect location. We enjoyed meeting our delightful host who communicated as often as necessary. We have already booked a stay at this location for next year!

I had a medical 3 days before check in. Evolve went above and beyond to remedy my situation. Very friendly and helpful in getting my payment fully refunded! I will be rebooking as soon as I get my medical issues resolved.

Patty is extremely accommodating. She allowed me have an early check-in and showed up to show me around the house. It is extremely clean and beautifully appointed in a very casual manner. She has lovely and thoughtful flourishes in the house, such as a huge welcome basket filled with goodies, vibrating leather chairs, and nice dinnerware. It is very easy to access her, if you have questions about the area or the house. Filled with wildlife that we saw often: deer, rabbits, songbirds and horses right across the street. No bears, thankfully! I highly recommend this property. Convenient for boating, hiking and paddle boarding.

Everything was as promised! The welcome to the home goodies as well as the extra toiletries (if anything was forgotten) was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area in the future.
