This apartment is the lower half of our home. We live in the upper portion. It is newly remodeled and very comfortable. The entry is on the back side of our home. Our guest have access to the back porch, , BBQ grill, back patio and the fire pit and are welcome to explore our property. We have wood piled next to the back door. We have 40 acres of land that sits in the middle of the Allegheny mountains, you are welcome to explore. There is tons of hiking , 3-5 golf courses, 2 of which are within 5 miles of house. Plenty of areas to ride your bicycles, within 5 miles of 2 boat launches on the Allegheny reservoir! Great fishing and boating. Cross Country skiing (weather permitting). Lots of places to eat. can be kayaking within 10 minutes of our house

What a perfect place to stay when visiting Warren County! The property is located in one of the most picturesque parts of Pennsylvania. Our wonderful hosts had thought of everything that would make our stay enjoyable. Kim had even baked a loaf of delicious apple bread for us.

This was my second stay with Steve and Kim. It is a peaceful little apartment in the country that has everything that you need. Nothing fancy, but a nice home away from home.

We stayed here for 5+ weeks while our home was being repaired/maintained. And it really became our "home away from home"! Very clean 1-BR apartment with its own entrance. It has tasteful "woodsy" decor and fully equipped kitchen, bath, and other amenities you might need. Hosts Kim & Steve were welcoming and accommodating of all our needs. And the surrounding area of Scandia is so very pretty.

Steve and Kim are the best hosts. Great communication before and during our stay. Property was a great little property for our weekend trip. Pantry was well stocked and the property was very clean and really cozy. Thank you for a great trip.
