House was perfect for our large family. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds. Needs a little TLC. Locks on bathroom doors and towel bars need tighten. Tiolet seat loose in one bathroom. Also a few more cooking utensils. We bought and left a full set of measure cups and a rubber spatula for the house. A griddle would be nice. Could have used a rolling pin and better can openers. Small things really. Nothing we couldn't get at the dollars store. We had a great time on the river. Fishing,tubing,kayaking. We visited cook forest fun park and kinzue overlook. In the evening enjoyed games on the back porch and the fire pit. Fun was had by all ages 8-78. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our extended family group had a terrific time at the Cozy Wilcox River Lodge property. We had lots of room and the house was great for all of us. We had tons of fun in the river, also. With ages ranging from 3 to 87, we all were able to relax and have a very nice stay on the beautiful property. We also were able to set up a badminton court and the little ones really enjoyed that too. Thank you!
