My wife and I stayed at this wonderful location over the long weekend and could not have been happier. We were hoping to stay in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina and this listing did not disappoint.
The space itself has incredibly thoughtful touches and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. The cottage is really cozy after a hike and exploring the area.
You can hear the sound of the creek all the time and it makes the entire space feel like a meditative space that's safe and secure. In the morning we ate in the lanai and saw hummingbirds - couldn't get anymore perfect!
We highly recommend staying here and would be thrilled to have the opportunity to come back in the future.

Comfortable cottage with all the amenities, easily accessible, & quiet surroundings. The screened porch was my favorite spot.

We really enjoyed staying at the Cardinal Cottage. The Cottage had everything that we needed. It was beautifully decorated and very clean!The deck with the sounds of the creek was very peaceful. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Franklin is close to lots of Falls. Such a beautiful ride thru the mountains to Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge where we saw Elk on the side of the road. We will be definitely staying here again. Truly Loved it!
