I loved the location and the view! It was so incredibly serene. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, basic spices. It was well laid out. The owners were incredibly easy to interact with. It was far enough away from town to have an amazing view of the stars but close enough to easily get to the different mines, grocery store, and the downtown area of Franklin.
I'm planning on making this a yearly trip!

The view of the mountains was beautiful. The cabin was quaint, if very outdated. It made me feel like I was in my grandparents house, which is not a bad thing. The cabin seemed to be cleaned very well and there are ample supplies to clean up after yourself, you should not have to go out and buy anything but food. The ac units also work well, if loud. We loved that it was pet friendly.
The appliances are outdated, the washer and dryer not being an issue really but the stove was an issue. Its harder to cook on burners that are barely staying on. The stove at least should be replaced with something newer. The bed in the master bedroom was atrocious. My husband and I had to buy an air mattress because it was just that bad. The sides of the bed slope down to the floor, we felt like we would slip off at any second.
