The beach and a plethora of cool cafes, bars, cozy restaurants and hipster taverns, are all a few minutes' walk, while Thessaloniki International Airport, Regency Casino, Mediterranean Cosmos (shopping mall), are all no more than 10 km away.
This house is full of stories and information. Back in the days, it served as a shelter where the farmers were resting after harvesting the fields. Today, it has been transformed into a modern boutique retreat that preserves its authentic character and embraces its imperfections. This ultra-bright house is ideal for families, couples, groups of friends and individuals traveling alone for business or for pleasure. As a corner lot house benefits from its position by creating a pleasant feeling of airiness and simplicity. The wooden fence is surrounded by lush greenery and trees which offer privacy and tranquility. From the freedom of wide open spaces to the glittering of big city lights, the extra large terrace is filled with breathtaking panoramas just waiting to be enjoyed. The Grand Seaview Retreat is equipped with two bathrooms -one inside the house and one detached, at the lounge area- new, energy efficient installations, air conditioning and heating. We also provide to our guests two private parking spaces: one inside the premises and one outside at no additional cost and, of course, fresh linen and towels. Apart from the amenities listed, it is also equipped with a smart tv so our guests can easily cast movies, games and music to the big screen.

It’s a nice little house. Too small to live in permanently but perfect for a holiday. Great view of the Thermaic Gulf. May be a little too far from the beach for disabled or old people to walk.
The owner is extremely friendly and eager to help, probably the best owner I have ever dealt with on VRBO.
