About this villa rental
A villa of about 500 sq.m, built in 1993 and recently partly renovated. It is built on three levels joined by a marble staircase.The semi-basement features a closed parking space boiler room, storage room, laundry-ironing room with storage cupboards, playroom, and kitchen. It allows access to the back of the property, where the swimming pool, fruit trees, a guard's cottage and greenhouse are set. The ground floor consists of a single space entrance-hall-cloakroom, reception room with fireplace, dining room, an open kitchen/living room (separated by aliding door, in the kitchen there is a 2 nd door leading to the garden), WC with vestibute. Wonderful home. This was obviously a very high end home at the time it was built. Many modern and luxury amenities that give you the feel that this is luxury. Large living areas. Wonderful pool. Yard must have almost 30 trees!! Host was wonderful and had to wait on us as we were late arriving. This place is worth your consideration. Handy to Olympic Beach and only an hour from Thessaloniki.
