Propriété très vaste: 4 belles chambres équipées de salle de bain et WC, 2 chambres équipées de douche et lavabo, 1 chambre équipée de lavabo. Plus 2 WC. Deux belles cuisines,
1 grand salon au réez de chaussée et un au premier étage. Un grand grenier avec table de ping Pong et baby foot. La maison comporte partout de grande baies vitrées qui permettent d'avoir vues splendides sur la mer. Pour l'extérieur: un barbe chue, un tennis, belle terrasse sur trois cotés, Très grand jardin composé de pelouse et massifs de fleurs. Propriété parfaitement isolée par de nombreux arbres.
Et pour "couronner" le tout, vue absolument magnifique qui surlombe la mer avec vue sur le Fort Lalatte.

Très belle maison grande et spacieuse avec une vue 360 sur la mer. Grande propriété où petits et grands cohabitent et s amusent énormément. Et en plus quand le soleil est de la partie c est Magic. Petit clin d œil pour les Promeneurs ou runners avec le sentier côtier à 100m
