Spend quiet and relaxing holidays in the cozy "Steewer Landhaus". It is right on the outskirts in idyllic Stebach. Here you can also enjoy the close proximity to the forest, meadows and ponds with your four-legged friends. Foxes are often found early in the morning and at dusk , deer or moufflons within sight of the house. Pure nature....
Also ideal for a slightly larger family, on 145 m² we offer a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a spacious, open living and dining area with a landscaped area for relaxing, including a TV experience in 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound. Playstation and Wi-U are available for the children.
Enjoy your barbecue evenings on the terrace with a view, wonderful sunsets with beer or wine.
On the upper floor you will find a large bathroom with an XL tub and a large shower, as well as three bedrooms with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) and one French. Bed (1.40 x 2.00m) plus own TV.
Several parking spaces in the courtyard in front of the house. The garage is at your disposal for your bikes, e-bikes and motorbikes. Washing machine, drying room and freezer may be used. Grocery, country slaughterhouse, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, Aquafit - indoor pool and doctors etc. are in the surrounding neighboring towns.
By car you have a quick connection via the A3 (8 km; exit 37 Dierdorf) to the ICE train station Montabaur, as well as the cities of Koblenz, Limburg, Cologne and Frankfurt am Main. From here you can easily reach the Rhine/Mosel valley with castles, shipping and hiking trails. Roam through the beautiful Westerwald on foot, by mountain bike or motorbike. The landscape inspires with its many forests, small lakes, as well as its hilly, winding roads and hiking trails over hills and valleys.
Other day trip destinations would be: Phantasialand/climbing park-Sayn and Bad-Marienberg/Deutsches Eck/Geysir Andernach/Maria Laach/dream hiking trails/Ehrbach-Klamm-Moselle/Nürburgring/Rheinsteig/Westerwaldsteig/Limes hiking trail/Rhine shipping/the Loreley/Westerwald lake district/Brexbachtal / Kannenbäcker Land and much more….

Me and a couple of friends booked this vacation home for a 4 night stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house was way bigger than we expected, it was very clean and it had everything we needed!
We would definitely love to come again!
