Dryer not the best, locks on bedrooms can lock by themselves but phoned number given they came straight away to fix it

The property was clean, bedding was fresh and a good location for commute into London. The property manager Chris was really kind.
The amount of items that are broken or unsafe was ridiculous. For people staying with children or older family members you would need to be mindful of this for example: first floor shower, no none- Slip mat, lounge rug curled up and my dad tripped within the first hour. Pool table ripped, broken cupboards, plugs not working in bathroom or kitchen. Just simple things that would make the stay perfect.
Random ‘inspirational’ quotes up the stairs which weren’t in keeping with the house.

To get a self-catering house for a family gathering in SE London for a reasonable price is not easy and we are pleased to have found this one. The pool table occupied the kids, plenty of room, spacious kitchen with everything you need. Local Coop and good variety of food outlets within walking distance.
Coffee machine needs special pods. Could do with a cafetière.

Kompliziert war die Übergabe nicht-die Reinigung war noch im Gang-trotz eingehaltener Eincheckzeit !
Waschmaschine und Trockner haben wir dann geleert !!
