Hosts were very responsive and nice people. The apartment is spacious and has place for 2 people to work. Kitchen is well equipped. Place was clean upon arrival. Couch is comfortable.
Although not far from the nicer areas in Bermondsey and further north, the immediate area is not great and the building itself and view from the apartment leaves something to be desired.
The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable - sags a lot and you can feel the springs.

I recently stayed at this flat in Zone 1, right next to Burgess Park which was nice stroll in the morning. The location was ideal for visiting friends, and getting to London Bridge was very convenient.
The hosts were nice and always ready to help, but they also provided a digital guide that was helpful. The flat itself was well-equipped, with everything we needed to cook meals, plus a separate lounge area, which was a nice bonus. We even enjoyed a few games on the Nintendo Wii.
Nearest tube is a bus ride or walk away but I prefer getting around by bus anyway as it is less hot and can also be a cheaper way to sightsee

The apartment was nice, with a well-furnished kitchen. Nice touch with the biscuits and coffee.
The bathroom was super clean, with towels and soap.
The centre is only 30 minutes away by bus. The hosts super kind and available
$$$$
