Cosy little place, small but contains everything you need. Clean and tidy, comfy bed, lovely little courtyard outside space.
The weather was very hot, not that the host can control that, it did mean that it was very hot inside, however, a fan was provided in the room.

Lovely little spot to explore - we used for a base as seeing a show at the Minac Theatre
All very good , parking is on a residential road and the bus stops right outside which didnt bother us but is a little noisy

Very cosy room, much appreciated after a long day of walking. The check in was very easy, and the facilities were spotless - we were particularly glad that teabags and porridge oats were provided, as we arrived after the shops had closed (although made it in time for a meal at the North Inn). The bed was very comfortable, and the location incredibly peaceful - thoroughly recommended!
