The location and size of property was good.
Booking process was stressful. Being asked for additional money after paying in full. Not getting any of the promised responses from Sykes Holidays. Felt like a scam that often they'll get away with sometimes.

Location excellent although really on seafront. Living room and kitchen spacious.
There are a few minor details which affected quality of stay: only one tiny pan for cooking in and one old frying pan - why?
Bag of dog dirt and plank of wood outside patio door.
Patio sliding door needs fix / very hard to move.
Bedding is awful- hard mattress and cheap scratchy bedding. Poor!
Shower cable not long enough for stand up.

Location Location Location......so great and within walking distance to everything. The coastal walk was wonderful, only 10 minutes walk into the village of Marazion and the beach is litrally on your doorstep.
Also central to drive to lots of places within 30 minutes.
Perfect for doggy's with hard flooring throughout so easy to keep in the clean condition we arrived to it in.
Full kitchen with everything you need to cook and outdoor seating if u get good weather 😋
We will definitely return to Sail boats 🦮
Bed was uncomfortable but that's just our preference to a softer mattress

I asked for 2 bedrooms. My adult son and I were staying. I had to borrow a camping mattress and sleep on the floor as too small for. 6ft 2 ins man. I'm 65 so painful. Sykes ignored every query I had in every way I tried to contact them. We would have left were we not visiting family here. Condition of property. Patio doors impossible to move without brute strength. No pull for vertical blinds over the door. Windows draughty. Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling. Bathroom not cleaned properly on arrival. Saucepans scratched and tatty. Sykes absolutely disgraceful!
