Abitazione come da foto. Tutto pulitissimo, in ordine e completamente attrezzato.
Nulla. Unica cosa da tenere presente è che la proprietà è su una strada molto stretta su cui si deve stare attentissimi, ma ne vale la pena

Das Ferienhaus hat unserer Erwartungen komplett erfüllt, ja sogar übertroffen. Die Lage, obwohl umgeben von Häusern, war sehr ruhig. Umgeben von einer Mauer, die für Privatsphäre sorgt, ein sauberer Pool, gepflegter Garten mit Olivenbäumchen und Palmen, 2 Liegestühle inkl Tisch, Terrassenmöbel, Markise. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, abschließbares Tor. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und gepflegt, die Betten waren alle mit Topper versehen und sehr bequem. Es gibt Handtücher und Badetücher, die Toilette ist getrennt von der Dusche. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht inkl. einemgroßen Doppel Kühl/Gefrierschrank. Schnelles Internet, was für mich sehr wichtig war. Der Weg dorthin einfach zu finden, der Vermieter schickt ein Video wie man ganz genau von der Hauptmagistrale (Jadranska Magistrala) hinkommt. Der Vermieter super nett und immer erreichbar, falls mal was sein sollte, was bei uns nicht der Fall war. Das Haus ist für 4-6 Personen super, toll ist, dass man seinen Hund mitnehmen darf. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann runter in den Ort laufen, gute 20min, dort gibt es einen Bäcker, zwei Supermärkte, Post, Geldautomat und einen kleinen Strand (Kies, Stein) mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen (kostenpflichtig) und einer Beach Bar. Vielen Dank an Familie Mitrovic, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und erholt!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im "Haus mit Pool – Mitrovic". Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hat trotz unserer späten Anreise geduldig auf uns gewartet und uns herzlich empfangen. Sogar den Einkauf hätte er für uns übernommen – wirklich aufmerksam! Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Pool ein echtes Highlight, vor allem für die Kinder, da das Meer wetterbedingt etwas zu kalt war. Wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt und jede Minute genossen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gern wieder!

Nice house. Just built. Very nice swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen and living area for a family of six. Outdoors area near the pool was also very enjoyable. Excellent location close to the beach and shops/restaurants, but not too close, so it was calm and quiet.
It’s not really the property, but one has to keep in mind that driving on some narrow and uneven roads is a little different in Montenegro. It’s part of the charm and everyone is super nice and accommodating. Everyone yields, stops, get out of the way and generally chills out and helps each other traverse the roads in whatever state they might be to get to where you are going. Coming in with the right attitude helps enjoying the experience and stay in this beautiful country.
