Very clean throughout with new furniture and fully equipped modern kitchen. Comfortable beds with all the appropriate window shutters, mosquito nets on the windows. It’s on the first floor and very easy to get to . Very welcoming host who showed us around with how everything worked
no issues at all and would highly recommend this property if you’re visiting split for a few days.
Only downside is that it is a 8-10 minute walk to the the port , centre of split and can be uphill one way but good exercise🤓 and so not really complaining about this.
May be when the weather is very hot, it could be difficult but you can easily get an Uber cab at a reasonable cost if you don’t fancy the walk.

The host Arsen, met us at the apartment and provided a great overview of the facilities and Split. The apartment was spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood close to the old town. It was also very clean and had everything we needed for our three-night stay. The grocery store was about 5 minutes away. Highly recommended apartment.

Everything was clean and comfortable, our host was extremely helpful and the location was perfect for everything we needed to do. There were cafes, bakeries and supermarkets within a very short walk and the old town centre was accessible within an easy 10 minute walk. Highly recommend this property.
There was no fault to find with this property. If you are less mobile it is worth noting the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift but we had no problems even with luggage.
