Very well appointed flat with 3 large comfortable double bedrooms. En-suite shower in main bedroom was excellent (one additional shower serves the other two bedrooms). One toilet. Kitchen overlooks the historic main square and is well appointed.
Access, given the need for security in the central location, involves several steps (gate access, mailbox access, lock-box etc), each with a code. Not a problem, but you need those details handy! The centre of Troyes is pedestrianised, so you can't get a car closer than about 50m from the entrance. Parking in the central car park is free, but bear in mind that vehicles have a height limit of 1.8m.
Excellent communication throughout.
Some mugs and a toaster would make the kitchen even better. The light switch in the toilet is a bit confusing.

The host left a ticket for the car parking which was very helpful
Should just note that the car parking is underground and there is a height restriction. We just about made it under in our estate car with a low roof box but a bigger car wouldn’t be able to gain access.

. L'emplacement est parfait, les 3 chambres sont très bien.
. Le ticket de sortie de parking était le bienvenue, les propositions de l'hôte pour dîner à l'extérieur.
. Le "jeu de piste" pour récupérer les clés.
Pas de salon, à proprement parlé ; la piece de vie est la cuisine.
Au terme de la soirée les tabourets étaient inconfortables, une petite table et des chaises basses seraient un atout pour en faire un lieu de partage pour un apéritif, des jeux de société (certains étaient dispo. dans le placard) ou juste une soirée entre amis...
