Appartement très bien: propre et bien équipé. Rien à dire sur la literie.
Mais bruyant ! Trois chambres donnent sur la route très passagère. Le feu rouge est juste en bas!

L emplacement. La place de parking. La disposition de l appartement.
Le bruit dans la rue (mais assourdi par le double vitrage). Quelques petits problèmes de ménage résolus par la conciergerie assez rapidement. Les matelas pas assez confortables. Code du portail ne fonctionnant pas bien.

Нам, группе из 4 друзей, очень понравились эти апартаменты, просторные, всем досталось по спальне (не очевидно из фото, но спален действительно 4), еще и гостиная с диваном. На кухне все необходимое и даже больше, стиральная и сушильная машины, даже капсулы для кофе. В общем, шикарно! С ключами никаких проблем не было, ящичек для ключей расположен на противоположной стене от входа. Центр города в 7-10 минутах ходьбы.
Правда, как писали ранее, есть шум с улицы, тк дом на перекрестке и окна прямо на светофор, так что для людей с чувствительным сном нужно быть внимательными. Но это не минус, а особенность.

Integenstelling tot wat de gevel van het gebouw doet vermoeden is de binnenkant heel mooi en gezellig gerenoveerd. Het heeft alle comfort en is verrassend proper! De communicatie met de verhuurfirma verliep heel snel en vriendelijk. Ze stonden ons vrijwel onmiddellijk ter woord.
