Lokalizacja- w odległości spaceru plaże, sklepy, restauracje i promenada z centrum Larnaki. Klimatyzacja- osobna dla każdego pomieszczenia. Basen- dedykowany dla budynku, zamykany. Dedykowane miejsce parkingowe co przy wynajętym samochodzie jest ogromnym plusem.
Czystość- już w chwili zameldowania zgłosiłam wiele zastrzeżeń. Zarządca przysłał przesympatyczną panią do doprawdy, zrobiła co mogła, ale apartament jest zaniedbany. Odpływ prysznicowy działa bardzo slabo. Wyposażenie- brak jakiejkolwiek ściereczki w kuchni nie wspominając o kosmetykach czy środkach czystości do WC czy kuchni. Średnio wygodne, skrzypiące przy każdym ruchu łóżka. Meble w sypialniach są niewymiarowe, albo nie zamykają się drzwi (za długie łóżko w jednej sypialni) albo nie masz dostępu do szafy ( w sypialni z dwoma łóżkami). Ogólnie zarządca powinien zadbać o generalne sprzątanie mieszkania i usunięcie starych, zniszczonych rzeczy. Wtedy pobyt tam może być komfortowy.
