Practical Location for visiting Larnaca Central area. Smart Apartment.
Internet kept going down. Upstairs people were arguing at 3am and kept waking us up as the walls do not have soundproofing.

Location was really good, close to everything touristic. Parking was an extra bonus.
In December you need to keep the A/C on and in the 6th floor room (duplex apartment) the air got really dry, there is no good insulation so the windows were wet.
Also you can hear all the noise from outside.

I liked the location, the apartment, the tv, how at home it feels, the utilities in the apartment.
It would've been nice having a person there working a counter or something instead of having to call a number. And I saw stains on the towels that i'm guessing the cleaning crew couldn't get rid of but it wasn't that bad.

The flat is nice — clean and a good size.
There are just a couple of small issues. The internet is a bit slow; it’s fine for emails and browsing, but may not be enough if you need to work online.
The flat is next to a fish and chips restaurant, which wasn’t a big problem, but during busy hours there can be a slight smell and noise on the balcony.
Also, the microwave, kettle, and coffee machine are all placed on top of each other, which doesn’t look very “luxury” and isn’t very convenient to use. It would be a nice touch to leave a few tea bags or coffee capsules for guests.
