Sehr stylisch, geschmackvoll und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet. Lampen,Bad , Küche, ausgeklügelt und vom neuesten Standard. Sehr ruhig mit Aussicht auf Garteninnenhof und alte Gemäuer.
Im Moment finden Bauarbeiten statt. Das betrifft aber nicht das Wochenende. Da ist es ruhig. Irgendwann wird dann alles vorbei sein und ein schöner Garten wird den Gast verwöhnen. Ausserdem sollte der Mieter Pads für die Abwaschmaschine, Abwaschmittel, Küchentücher und Handseife im Bad selber mitbringen.

Die Lage der "Birkenliebe" ist einfach genial. Das Bett ist super bequem und ich liebe die große Dusche.
Mir hat alles gefallen. Schön wäre ein Geschirrtuch gewesen. Die Lüftung im Bad läuft sehr lang und relativ laut. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Die Lage der Wohnung, Das Bett.
Terrasse war nicht benutzbar, Warnung vor herabfallenden Teilen wegen Dachsanierung. Garten vor der Terrasse vollgemüllt mit Gerüst und Baumaterial. Leider gab es dazu keine Info vom Vermieter. Tür zum Apartment war verglast, dadurch Nachts Lichteinfall nach Betätigung des lauten Türsummers bei Einlaß durch andere Bewohner im Haus im Schlafraum.
