The organization by the host was unparalleled! Every query had a prepared answer in a pdf that was sent at the time of booking and printed and available at the property. They recommended a quite private lake access directly in the village where locals go. We spent a few hours there enjoying the lake, no need to go to the bigger cities. The instructions on where to park and where to find the keys were very clear which made the process of finding the place very enjoyable, especially since we arrived so late in the night.
They even included a little welcome gift when we arrived! A well appreciated surprise.
The view from the balcony was great! We ate breakfast outside every morning.
The apartment was perfect for three people.
I am nitpicking here, more so so people are aware, but really, our stay was incredible.
There is no bakery in the village and the Café only opens at 11am. Luckily, the document referred us to the bakery in the neighbouring village, a 6 minute drive away.
The apartment is not in Konstanz per say. It is near and you can see lake Constance from the balcony, but it's roughly a 20 minute drive to the city. That is not the fault of anyone, just be aware that if you want to be able to walk to the city, it may be difficult.

The apartment is spacious and clean and we found refreshing drinks in the fridge, just what we needed after a long drive. The view on the lake from the balcony is a pleasure for the eyes.
