Located in Antibes, this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment lets you experience it all. Fans of nature and the outdoors will love being 12 minutes by foot from Garoupe Beach and 8 minutes by car from Juan-les-Pins Beach. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 12-minute walk to Le Sentier du Littoral, Cap d'Antibes, or easily tackle the quick 4-minute drive to Vieil Antibes.
While you're here, you can enjoy all the comforts of home and more, including a pool and WiFi, as well as air conditioning and towels.

Good location on a quiet Av. de L’Antiquite (street) in Cap de Antibes.
Common Gated access with parking of 1car inside this Multi-unit Villa that is shared with 6 other tenants/visitors. Street parking is free for extra cars but bumper damage is possible and was observed for other visitors during our short stay.
Nice rectangular pool 4x8m that needs daily cleaning in summer due to above pine trees w/needles falling.
The Unit is on top - 3rd floor. Has its own steps with entrance like other tenants.
Other units may have people come and go, accompanied by cleaning and some noisy maintenance, if you don’t care for a relaxing - quiet time during a day.
The sea is 200m away. But the closest- sandy beach - le Petite Plage (Keller Beach) is 9min walk and 2min by car.
Inside the unit, AC is in every of 3 small bedrooms. That is nice. Also had 2 fans provided by owner.
Kitchen is functional. Nespresso classic coffeemaker, fridge with a small freezer, electric range, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer for clothes.
On minus side - all the bedding are very, very basic and, (mattresses and pillows) very uncomfortable.
The 2 shower cabins in both bathrooms are tight- tiny. It can be typical for such rental units, but we’ve seen better ones.
Some furniture need maintenance and could be better built quality.
This unit could be a choice for those who do not mind staying in multi-apartment units(condos) but prefer a bit better environ.
