Viihtyisä ja tilava huoneisto, hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Kattoterassi porealtaineen ja grilleineen oli upea. Sijainti oli erinomainen.
Ilmastoinnin kanssa oli hetkellistä ongelmaa. Naapurit eivät taida tykätä tilapäisvuokrauksesta. Saimme aiheettoman valituksen tupakoinnista (emme polta).

Roof Garden.
Great location if you want to be close to a nice beach.
Clean,comfortable modern apartment.
Time for a small upgrade on Furniture/Equipment,dining room chairs broken,bed mattress and pillows uncomfortable,need a full length mirror,replenish kitchen utensils (only 2 mugs..)improve soft furnishings.
None of this had a huge impact on our holiday which we really enjoyed but with a little investment the apartment could be much better than the “basic” feel it has currently.

This property was perfect and even better than the pictures.
The roof terrace is beautiful, great for relaxing and lovely to have a bbq in the evening.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which wasn’t listed in the details but was an added bonus.
Location was perfect for us as equal distance from Juan les pins and Golfe Juan. Also very easy to order Uber and bolt taxis if needed.
Great supermarket nearby too.
The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed.
The pool was much appreciated on hot days and was rarely busy which was nice. There are a few loungers provided by the pool too.
Marcela the host was extremely efficient and replied to all enquiries very promptly.
We would definitely stay again 😊

One comment would be there are no mirrors in bedrooms when getting ready which would be quite helpful but that’s just our personal preference.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, perfect for a refreshing morning swim. The private terrace was a highlight, ideal for enjoying a morning croissant in the sun, sunbathing during the day, or having a barbecue in the evening. There’s a great bakery just 3 minutes away on foot, which made mornings even more enjoyable. The train station is also conveniently located about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Marcela, the host, was incredibly friendly and caring, which made the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax by the sea with everything within easy reach.
