Summary:
Escape to North Mission Beach's ultimate beachfront retreat! Enjoy the best oceanfront patio with new lifeguard chairs for panoramic Pacific Ocean views. This single-story haven offers 3 bedrooms with ocean views, all on ground level (no stairs), and over 50 feet of oceanfront frontage. A 2 car garage and washer & dryer add convenience. Stroll south to Belmont Park or head north to explore Pacific Beach's delightful restaurants. Create ever lasting memories, book your stay today.
The Space:
Walk into a spacious living room with oversized couch facing a SmartTV with all of the streaming apps! You'll find a fully-stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker and a dining table for 8 to your right. The back side of the house holds two bedrooms (one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds). There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower in the back as well. In the north west corner of the home is a large master bedroom with a King-sized bed that opens up to a gorgeous beachfront patio. Perfect for people watching while enjoying your morning coffee! There is an en-suite full bathroom (tub-shower combo) attached to the master, as well. Laundry machines and beach equipment are located in the one car garage!

You have private access to the entire downstairs property, garage and oceanfront patio.
The Neighborhood:
Mission Beach is the quintessential Southern California beach town. Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away).

Pet Policy: We don't allow cats in this property. Dogs accepted.
Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

Great beachfront location! The house was exactly as expected from the pictures, was very comfortable for all 6 of us and we had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
