We had a great stay at Naias. The accommodation was just as described, but for us, it was even better than expected, mainly because of the professional service and warm hospitality.
When we made the reservation, we requested that the third bed be a regular bed instead of a sofa, as specified in the room description. The hosts responded immediately and confirmed that our request would be fulfilled, which we really appreciated.
The room was cleaned every day, and everything was very clean and well-maintained.
The location is excellent. There’s free parking nearby, and you can also park right on the street in front of the building. It’s easy to drive out of Neos Marmaras if you want to explore more distant beaches. At the same time, the town center and the nearest beaches are just a few minutes away — either by car or on foot. Getting back on foot was also quick and easy, as the nearby streets are not very steep.
One of the best things about the location is the constant breeze — we kept the windows open and never had to use the air conditioning.

The hotel is close to the city center, the room was very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. We liked the view from the balcony - you could see the city and there was also parțial sea view. Also, we came by car and even though the hill over there is steep, we parked nearby so everything was fine.

Η άμεση επαφή κατά την άφιξη με τον υπεύθυνο.Η καθημερινή φροντίδα για την καθαριότητα του δωματίου.Το μπαλκόνι και η άνεση που προσφέρει και το κουζινάκι για οποιαδήποτε χρήση.Το γρήγορο Internet για όσους το θεωρούν απαραίτητο.
Πάρκινγκ ελεύθερο υπάρχει κοντά στο κατάλυμα αλλά ενδέχεται να υπάρξει πρόβλημα όταν υπάρχουν αργίες στα γειτονικά κράτη και οι επισκέπτες έρχονται κατά χιλιάδες όπως συνέβη και με εμάς τις πρώτες δυο ημέρες μόνο.Καλό θα ήταν να σε αποχαιρετά κάποιος όταν φεύγεις και όχι να τον συναντάς κατά την άφιξη μόνο. η τιμή λίγο τσιμπιμένη αν και σε προσφορά αλλά διαμορφώνεται επειδή υπάρχει τεράστια ζήτηση και περιλαμβάνει και την προμήθεια που πληρώνει το κατάλυμα.
