About this house rental
The house is totally renovated from scratch. It is situated in a 6 individual houses complex, which was built at the edge of a cliff in front of the sea and the forest. It is not near the street so it is very quiet; It has a beautiful view especially from the up rooms and a 300sq meters private garden.
It is fully equipped but we can always adjust house’s equipment to your special needs. All items in the house are carefully selected and they are all of high quality. Indicative amenities: Coffee Corner (all kind of coffees – teas etc) – all kind of kitchenware – Plain or/and Sparkling Water –Welcome Breakfast
It is a kid’s friendly house and you can always use our garden toys and the other kid’s equipment.
There is a beautiful beach in a 5 min walking distance (not the flattest road though) but there are also numerous options close by to marvellous beaches to a 5 - 15 min car distance. There are unlimited options close by for dinning, having fun, swimming or spending the day. Distances by car: Potidaia Village 5 min. Sunny Villas Resort 17 min. Nea Fokaia Village 10 min. (restaurants, beach bars, night life, Supermarkets, market) Agios Mamas Beach 10 min. (one of the top 10 beaches in Halkidiki)
Some travellers prefer it for winter because it is “cleverly isolated”. It is close to civilization but at the same time is too quiet; it has heating and a fireplace with free woods.

A beautiful house on the cliff with a stunning view to the ocean! Everything in this house is so loving, caring and full of details which made us feel sooo comfortable and home. You can tell for surely, that this house is treated very well and the owner is looking after the object very sharply. Where shall I start - everything was just amazing. The house has a WC on the 1st floor, an open kitchen where you can find everything. The living room is furnished in a cozy country house style. From the living room you get to the big garden which is also very well kept. Here you find on the terace such beautiful and cozy funtiture with lighning, so that you can sit outside also at nighttime. The table was decoratet very charming and loving! The 3 bedroom´s and the bath are on the 1th floor. The bathroom is such a dream and the child room is so cute furnitured. Our daughter (5 Years) liked it. There is a child bed and a baby bad inside the room. The bedroom next to the childrens room has a balcony and you can leave the doors open, when you sleep. This enables you to see the sunrise which is just an unforgatable experience. We slept very well in the bed! The whole house is very bright and the owner is a very friendly and caring person. He gave us always good tips and treated us very familar. He bunkered alot of water for us, so that we did not need to buy it ourself. He also had tea and coffee for us in the kitchen and he welcomes us with a plate of fruit. He made us feel really home! I would always choose to come to this house again and can recommend this place with full of my heart. Thanks for everything and for your loving hospitality! We had the time of our live!!!! We can recommend also the following Beach Bars: Anemos, Umbrellas, Mamalouka and Achinos.

Trotz des untypisch etwas schlechtem Wetter hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. Die Location ist wirklich schön, der Vermieter mehr als nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder. Alles in allem rundum empfehlenswert.

Kostas is a very helpful and welcoming host : he arranged for us a one-day rent of a boat 20mn drive from the place, it was great.
We definitely recommend staying there!
