Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin Christina empfangen. Sie wohnt im vorderen Bereich des Grundstücks.
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, ist sehr geräumig, großzügig, außerordentlich sauber und hat viele liebevolle Details. Es wurde an alles gedacht.
Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen, eine im Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett und die andere befindet sich im Gang beim Wohn- Küchenbereich.
Der Raum in dem die Waschmaschine steht, ist ebenfalls sehr groß, man hat reichlich Platz und Stauraum.
Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind für Italien ungewöhnlich geräumig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl.
Nur die Temperaturregelung bei der Dusche tanzt hin und wieder aus der Reihe – vermutlich zum eigenen Rhythmus.
Die Außenrollo an den Fenstern schützen die Räume zusätzlich perfekt vor der Sonne. Mückennetz vorhanden.
Die Fähre (bestens geeignet für Burano-Murano), ein Restaurant und eine nette Bar in Treporti ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Christina verleiht die Räder gratis. Die sind nicht die modernsten, haben aber ihren Charme.
Ein Radausflug rund um Cavallino-Treporti ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Zum Strand sind es ca. 3-4 Kilometer. Punta Sabbioni (Fähre nach Venedig) erreicht man mit dem Auto in etwa 7 Minuten.
Wenn man abends mal nach Jesolo möchte, braucht man ungefähr 35 Minuten mit dem Auto.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Mirella. The house is located in a quiet residential area in the small village of Ca’savio, away from the touristic buzz of the centre of Cavallino. There are some lovely restaurants with Venetian cuisine around, as well as a pharmacy and a small shop, and the port of Treporti (boats to Burano, Murano and Venice) is nearby. The house itself has been recently renovated and everything inside is brand new and very clean. The lovely terrace outside is perfect for a late evening drink or the morning coffee (although make sure to pack some anti-mosquito spray!). The beach is a bit far to walk to (about 20 – 30 minutes), but it is easy to drive around and there is a parking right next to the sea. All in all, an enjoyable stay and we may return next year!
