It was very clean and tidy. There was a lovely little backyard. The beds were comfortable.
Difficult parking. There was trade work going on nearby and we had a problem getting out of the carport.

Cosy house in great neighbourhood. Easy walk into town. Hill Street grocery store is excellent. Fantastic meat and veg. Made good use of the BBQ area.

Location was great and the place was cosy and had good facilities.
There was a bit of dust and animal fur from previous occupants. Hence wasn't the best for those with allergies/hay fever etc

The property was cosy , comfortable, good location, off street parking and close to local South Hobart facilities. Walking distance to shops, Hobart Rivulet for walking and Hobart city centre. It suited our needs.
The heater in the main living room was great but the property could do with slightly more efficient heating for bedrooms and bathroom for a winter stay.
