Our stay was great! I think the best thing about the place is the location — right at the beginning of Balboa Peninsula, an amazing, peaceful, and friendly area full of things to explore. The accommodation was clean and comfortably fit all four members of my family. The living room TV had all the channels and movie options we needed, and overall, I’m really satisfied with everything!
The living room sofa is coming apart and releasing some kind of glue. The apartment’s air conditioning doesn’t work all the time, and there were used shampoo and conditioner bottles left in the bathroom. Also, there were clothes inside the closets.

We loved everything about this property. The location to the beach and little beach village was perfect. We walked to restaurants that were recommended and had delicious meals. Enjoyed walking every morning on the walk path.
There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

Location to the beach was amazing! The house was very comfortable and easy to find needed items. All four of us adults fit comfortably among the house. Would absolutely stay here again!
Minimal supply of household disposable stock items were there (paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, etc) but had a huge array of pans, dishes, etc.
