Clean Apartment adjacent to Beach

Clean apartment that was right on the beach. We appreciated the cooler and wagon access.

I’ve stayed at this house for several years and love it more than any of the other houses. The location is just perfect! It has everything we need!

Julio is an amazing host! Without a doubt one of the smoothest bookings to date on any platform. Great communication and responsive. My spouse clogged the toilet and a plunger was provided within minutes. Location is fantastic and the apartment itself is good. It's not the Chateau, it's an older beachfront property so expect some sand and brick walls. With that being said, be sure to note than when booking this lower level apartment, that people will be above you. Unfortunately outside of Julio's control there were several mornings throughout our stay that we were woken at 4a-6am by loud upstairs neighbors. Blatantly stomping up the steps that are right above your head. It sounded like they were dragging things across the floor. Despite our reaching out to the host, this continued until our last day. Unfortunately, this is not under Julio's control as you can't physically control what others do. I'll definitely be booking with Julio again, however I'll be booking the upstairs apartment knowing what I know now.

Property is dirty and very outdated! If you plan on cooking don’t stay here! Very limited cookware and only 2 forks! Stained towels, one wash cloth, no cleaning supplies. When we arrived there was a dirty used ball cap hanging on a hat rack. A couple days later it was gone! So that means someone came in and got it while we were out! Not cool! The location is awesome!
