Excellent location, walking distance access to city center. Apartment is located in a nice and quiet building and it is clean and it is very well equipped. Professional communication from property owner
Poor design of bathroom and specially water drainage from shower, which results unpleasant water flooding on the floor.

The location was very good as it was 2 street away from Komotini central square. Since the house was already a renovated house, all the furnishings were impeccable, new and well decorated. The bed was quite comfortable.
Although we had told our check-in time weeks ago, keylock passwords were not sent to us during the day. Although we sent a message 1 hour before we arrived home and requested the passwords, we could not reach the passwords again. When we reached the house, we could only reach the landlord on our 4th phone call. Therefore, we had to wait 30 minutes at the entrance of the building.
The house was converted from an office in a business centre into a home. The other areas in the building continue to function as offices. This creates an uncomfortable feeling.
In the description of the house it is written that there is a heating system + AC. However, there is no heating system other than AC in the house, or if there is, we could not find it because there was not enough information. Or maybe it is connected to central heating and the central system may not work at night because the building is a business centre. Therefore, considering that we stayed in March, the AC was definitely not enough at night and we were cold.
The hot water was also not under our control. In the evening there was no hot water and we couldn't take a shower. When we checked out in the morning we realised that the hot water was working, but it was too late for us.
